We designed our Casa Greta project with a modern, industrial look that is both practical and inspirational. It offers a unique and enjoyable experience suited to the owners and every visitor, for its maximized spaces on a smaller lot area with a generous free flowing air and natural lighting. ZEAL Arkitektur was inspired by Sustainable Architecture and the natural Tropical environment of the location and our team decided to maximize the design of the project on those elements.

Nestled at the footstool of Mount Talomo this three storey house showcases Modern Industrial Design which is a personal request of the client to have their dream home made from neutral earth elements of Wood, Steel and Concrete.  As a space intended for family of six, Maiz House is one of our favorite projects. With lush natural lighting in the interiors and passive cooling with a strategically placed spaces with a majestic view of the mountains, nn our view, it is a perfect combination of design and practicality.
